L2L's site is for exploring
the unique experiences of professional women and those in leadership who are diagnosed with breast cancer. My own
diagnosis in June 2007 was a shock!
As an entrepreneur with a leadership consulting practice, I struggled
with the immediate issue of how to keep my family life intact (husband and 8 year-old daughter), how to keep our business
going and how to maintain positive and productive relationships with my clients (great leaders.)
My
work with women in leadership is one way I can give back. A number of trusted people in my life have passion for this
work and are partners in L2L.
